Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Staying at this hotel was so magical and romantic, with funky and fun rooms featuring high-end linens, mattresses, and toiletries; however, the rooms were very small and lacked an iron. The service was a mix of a more on top of it staff but also a less enjoyable experience due to a staff meeting in the bar/restaurant during dinner hours. The location, amidst a garden with a huge live oak, was amazing but a bit dirty and messy at times. The dining experience was fresh and tasty, but limited in options. The hotel had some great facilities to enjoy.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although funky and fun with high-end amenities, made a loud, disruptive noise every 20 minutes which affected my sleep quality. On the positive side, the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with a beautiful garden atmosphere. The service was a bit hit or miss, with untrained staff but also some exceedingly professional and helpful members. The dining options were tasty but somewhat limited, and the facilities were decent overall.
I had an amazing front row view to the downtown skyline from my room, but I woke up both nights with a stiff back. The hotel was clean with many opportunities to improve the slightly overpriced accommodation.
The hotel offered a fantastic stay with clean and comfortable rooms, and super friendly staff. However, some minor noise disturbances and back discomfort affected the overall experience. The location was amazing, right in the midst of a garden with an air of total privacy, while the dining experience was delicious albeit with limited options. The facilities were great, but some value for money concerns were noted.
